SUMMARY:

Our digital advertising campaign for VNA’s Visiting Physician Services is a strategically crafted effort to connect patients with expert medical care at their convenience. Leveraging digital channels such as search engine marketing, social media, and display, we informed potential patients about VNA’s services, emphasized the benefits of in-home medical consultations, and facilitated easy booking. The campaigns focus on highlighting the expertise of VNA’s visiting physicians, the convenience of appointments, and the quality of care provided.

STRATEGY:

We split the focus of the campaigns between two target groups, potential senior patients and the adult children of seniors needing medical care. We identified the two groups by age, location, and interests. For example, seniors with regular medical needs and adults with aging parents or caregiving responsibilities. We used both practical and emotional messaging to appeal to these two groups respectively.
